The Happy Planner May Flip-Through [May 2016 Planner Spreads] | #PlanWithJBxo

Happy Monday Planner People! With May coming to an end, I thought I'd get an early start in sharing my #PlanWithJBxo Planner Flip-Through for the month.

If you are unfamiliar with this series on my blog, each month I share a flip-through of the themed spreads in my Happy Planner! Each month has a new theme which I have to try my best to stick to. For full details, check out this blog post with all of the rules and information! I welcome anyone who wants to, to join in on the challenge!

May's prompt was Popular Culture Characters. I had so much fun with this prompt! It was almost impossible for me to pick only four kits because there are so many Pop Culture icons I could think of! Nevertheless, I am in love with the way my spreads turned out! Let me know in the comment section below which one is your favourite!

As always, shops will be linked down below so you can grab these fabulous kits for yourself!

Week 1 | This week, I used my Captain America Deluxe Kit from my shop! I made this kit especially because of the release of Captain America Civil War and I am absolutely in love with how it turned out! This week marks the point where my planning style kind of changed. I went from a List and Plans kind of planner to a more functional To-Do & Tracker planning style with some memory keeping.

Week 2 | This week, the Pop Culture Characters I picked were those from Monsters Inc! I bought this kit a while ago from PrettyOnPaperCo on Etsy, but have been waiting for the perfect time to use it! What better time than the Pop Culture month in my challenge, right? The colors are so bright and vibrant; and it just overall brings such a happy vibe to the spread.

Week 3 | For week three, I am using another kit from PrettyOnPaperCo! This time I am using an Aladdin Inspired Kit! I absolutely am in love with the sparkles and bright cool colors! I also love how her kits generally come with everything you need for a full spread, so I didn't need to print off that many of my own stickers.

Week 4 | For the last week this month (aka this week--which is why this week is not really filled out yet) I am using an Alice In Wonderland inspired kit by Plantasia Printables. I thought this kit was absolutely adorable and a bit different than what I am used to planning with--so much more deeper colors than my bright, washed out colors I'm used to planning with. It also seemed appropriate since Alice Through The Looking Glass comes out on Friday!
